Shipping Policy

At Alejandra & Co, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Please review the information below regarding our shipping procedures and policies.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and shipped within 1–3 business days. Personalized items orders are typically processed within 24-48 Hours.

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM EST are generally prepared and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional events, new product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure that someone is available to receive the package if necessary.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery delays may occur. Alejandra & Co is not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to update the information, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Alejandra & Co due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Failure to collect or claim the package
  • Refused delivery

The customer may choose one of the following options:

  • Have the order re-shipped (additional shipping charges will apply), or
  • Receive a refund of the merchandise value, less original shipping charges and any carrier fees incurred.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit before being marked as delivered, Alejandra & Co will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Customers must notify us within 14 days of the last tracking update so that a claim can be initiated when applicable.

Alejandra & Co reserves the right to require a waiting period and carrier investigation before issuing a replacement for a package reported as lost.

If the shipping carrier confirms that the package has been lost in transit, Alejandra & Co will provide a replacement of the purchased item(s), subject to product availability.

Packages Marked as Delivered

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled.

If you cannot locate your package, we recommend:

  • Checking around the delivery location
  • Checking with household members, neighbors, or building management
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly

Alejandra & Co is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after the carrier has marked them as delivered.

Refunds, replacements, or store credits will not be issued for packages that show a delivered status.

We strongly encourage customers to provide a secure delivery location. For certain orders, Alejandra & Co may require signature confirmation upon delivery at our discretion.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives with visible shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of:

  • The shipping box
  • The shipping label
  • The packaging materials
  • The item(s) received

This information may be required to initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.

Damage caused during transit is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Alejandra & Co will assist with the claims process when appropriate, but any reimbursement, replacement, or claim approval is subject to the carrier's investigation and determination.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timeframes, shipping dates are not guaranteed.

Alejandra & Co is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Customs processing
  • Holidays
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping speed refers to transit time after your order has been processed and shipped.
